Heyyo Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Heyyo, owned and operated by Sikhona, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sikhona,” “Heyyo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and manages personal information when you access or use the Heyyo website, mobile application, platform, services, content, payment features, creator tools, communication features, and related services.
By using Heyyo, creating an account, viewing content, liking content, commenting, applying to become a content creator, uploading content after creator approval, purchasing content, subscribing to creators, receiving payments, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use Heyyo.
1. Overview of Heyyo
Heyyo is a website and mobile application comparable in certain ways to video-sharing platforms such as YouTube, but with important differences. Heyyo allows users to view content, like content, comment on content, subscribe to creators, and interact with creator content. However, users who create a standard account are not automatically permitted to upload content.
Users who wish to become content creators must submit a request to Heyyo staff for review and approval. Only approved content creators may upload, publish, livestream, distribute, or monetize content on Heyyo.
Heyyo is designed as a highly monetizable content platform. Approved content creators may be eligible to earn revenue from platform monetization features. Creator payouts are only issued when eligible creator earnings reach at least $50.00, and payouts are processed once per month, subject to Heyyo’s Terms and Conditions, payment policies, tax requirements, fraud review, and payment processor rules.
Heyyo does not use algorithms to recommend, promote, boost, rank, suppress, target, or distribute content of any kind. Content visibility and discovery may be based on non-algorithmic methods such as subscriptions, user choices, search, categories, chronological listings, direct links, manual placement, staff-reviewed placement, or other non-algorithmic platform operations.
